Our mission is to provide every patient with the highest quality dental care, and to make every treatment as convenient and affordable as possible. In addition to accepting a wide variety of dental insurance and payment plans, we are excited to introduce a new in-office savings plan that grants you access to significant discounts on every treatment you receive in our office. Unlike insurance, our plan is a membership plan that follows a distinct fee schedule for most general dental treatments, with a low annual membership fee. The plan includes a variety of preventive treatments, and discounts on common general and restorative procedures, including fillings and custom-made crowns.

Program Participation Guidelines

  • This is a savings plan, not dental insurance and it is only valid in our dental office.
  • Program is not transferable to other dental offices, including referrals to specialists.
  • Program cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan or dental insurance.
  • No refunds of premiums will be issued if participant decides not to utilize the program.
  • Program does not apply to services or injuries covered under workman’s compensation, medical insurance and general liability.
  • It is solely the patient’s responsibility to schedule and keep the appointments.

Program Duration

  • Program duration is for one year from enrollment date.  Our office will notify you before your plan expires for re-enrollment.

Program Payment Options

  • One-time yearly payment can be made with cash, check or credit card.
  • All patient payment portions for additional dental services not included in the preventative care services outlined above are due at the time of service in order to receive the 10% discount for additional dental services provided by the program.
