Your First Appointment
We can’t wait to welcome you to our dental family! Our front office team, Giulia and Brenda, are ready to answer your questions about scheduling, prices, insurance and direct billing, as well as any inquiries you have about our office, team, and services overall. We look forward to hearing from you!
Your initial appointment will usually consist of a comprehensive exam, cleaning (if requested) and conversation about your oral health goals and concerns. We also welcome appointments to address specific issues, dental emergencies, or second opinions.

With quick and easy online booking, appointment reminders via text message, digital imaging, and paperless check-in, we employ technology to save you time and resources.
Financial Information
Treatment costs will vary depending on the particular treatment you receive. However, we will discuss the cost and payment options with you before we start. As a team we commit to give you up front information on finances; including cost, payment options, when the payment is expected (at or before time of service), and also any insurance coverage estimates. You will never have surprises when it comes to your bill.
We will assist you in getting the dental care you deserve, and fit into your budget. Whether you have dental insurance or not, let us help you find a way to get your dream smile.
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans
If you need assistance or have questions about your insurance policies or claims, our office team is knowledgeable and is always available to help you.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
